The Erin Sullivan (Erin's) House

One City Peterborough has an incredible opportunity to purchase a 4-bedroom home, which the organization has been managing recently for a private landlord. This home has been housing people coming out of homelessness since 2020.
When our good friend Erin Sullivan passed away of Cystic Fibrosis last year, many of us who loved Erin wanted to honour her in some way. Because she was so involved with our downtown community through One Roof and One City, we spoke with One City and thought about dedicating a home in her memory. Given this opportunity, the home will be called The Erin Sullivan House, or Erin's House. She would have loved this.
A portion of the purchase price has been generously given by an anonymous donor, and our goal is to raise a substantial portion of the remaining amount of $225,000.
